Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with each client.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to promote mental wellness and resilience.
  • Collaborate closely with community programs, educational institutions, and other organizations to facilitate holistic care for clients—including mediation with incarcerated individuals or those in schools.
  • Assist clients and their families in enhancing their understanding of mental health issues, providing education and vocational resources to foster effective communication and coping strategies.
  • Offer specialized support for patients dealing with substance use or histories of abuse, ensuring sensitivity and confidentiality throughout the process.
  • Document all client interactions and treatment progress thoroughly in accordance with organizational standards and state regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications
