Custom Healthcare Solutions is seeking skilled and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses(LVN) for an exciting opportunity in Brenham, TX!

Licensed Vocational Nurse Details:

  • Contract: 6 Months with the option to extend
  • Hours: 1:45pm-10:15pm or 9:45pm-6:15am
  • Must work 3 weekends/month
  • Schedule: 8x5
  • 40 hour/week
  • Pay Rate: $36.84/hour
  • Start Date: 7/27/26
  • Unit: Psych
  • Orientation: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm for first two weeks

  • Provide care for patients – manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.

  • Minimum 2+ years of strong LVN experience
