With a commitment to excellence and attention to detail, we pride ourselves with our cutting edge in-house technology and providing high-quality service to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Associate to join our team and expand our sales channels.

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to help drive revenue by managing inbound leads, assisting with outbound sales, and supporting listings across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury watches, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication skills.

Sales & Client Management

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from leads (Instagram, email, website, marketplaces)

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

  • Guide clients through the buying process and close sales

  • Follow up on warm leads to maximize conversion

  • Support post-sale communication when needed

Platform Sales & Listings

  • Assist with listing watches on platforms

  • Ensure listings are accurate, well-presented, and up to date

  • Monitor pricing competitiveness and market trends

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Contribute to the checking and logging of the new inventory

  • Collaborate with the team on marketing and promotional initiatives

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience (luxury, watches or similar preferred)

  • Strong interest in watches (knowledge of Rolex and major brands is a plus)

  • Familiarity with Instagram and sales posting on it

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly responsive and organized

  • Comfortable working with multiple platforms and ERP tools

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn and grow
