Full-Time | In-House Watch Studio | Family-Owned Business

We are a family-owned luxury fine jewelry store with a long-standing commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and exceptional customer experience. We are seeking an experienced Watchmaker to join our in-house Watch Studio and uphold the highest standards in servicing and repairing luxury timepieces.

Position Overview

The Watchmaker will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining high-end mechanical and quartz timepieces. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced in servicing luxury watch brands to manufacturer-level standards.

Key Responsibilities

Complete diagnostics, overhauls, repairs, and restorations on luxury timepieces

Service mechanical (automatic and manual) and quartz movements

Providing estimates for service work

Perform case and bracelet refinishing to luxury standards

Conduct pressure testing and water resistance checks

Maintain meticulous service records and documentation

Communicate repair timelines and needs clearly with management

Ensure all work meets our store’s quality and excellence standards

Required Qualifications

Proven professional experience servicing and repairing luxury timepieces

Demonstrated expertise in mechanical and automatic movement repair

Experience working in a luxury retail, independent watch studio, or authorized service environment

Strong understanding of precision tools, timing machines, and diagnostic equipment

Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship

Ability to work independently while maintaining efficiency and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

Watchmaking certification (WOSTEP, SAWTA, or equivalent)

Experience servicing Swiss luxury brands

Refinishing and restoration experience

Strong organizational skills and professional communication
