RESPONSIBILITIES: WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • An ability to consistently dazzle and delight customers
  • The skill and grace to guide customers to discover the most comfortable version of themselves
  • The poise to confidently demonstrate our best-in-class massage chairs
  • The professionalism to facilitate a positive and memorable customer purchase journey
  • The pride and chutzpah to help maintain a sparkling and organized store
  • The passion and focus to maximize sales through our consultative selling process
  • Curiosity and interest in life-long learning and getting better every day

PAY, BENEFITS, AND OUR COMPANY CULTURE: WHAT YOU WILL GET FROM US

  • $21.00- $25.00 per hour base depending on experience and past sales success
  • Significant and uncapped sales bonus opportunities and seasonal/promotional selling contests and incentives
  • Three months guaranteed "commission" of $300/month while you learn the ropes and build sales
  • Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k), 401(k) Match, Term Life, Short & Long Term Disability, Employee Assistance Program, Employee Discount, and you can bring your well behaved dog to work!
  • A store culture that supports both individual growth and team success
Requirements:

GENERAL BACKGROUND: WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • A person with top-notch interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to quickly establish rapport and maintain enduring relationships
  • A self-starter that actively seeks and values feedback. A quick study with a strong desire to be successful
  • An excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Someone with good computer skills and the technical aptitude and confidence to troubleshoot massage chairs

OTHER IMPORTANT STUFF

  • This is a full-time position, paid hourly, and eligible for overtime.
  • Our hiring decisions are based solely on work qualifications and ability to meet or exceed job requirements.
  • The job requires evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
  • This is a store position, so you’ll be on your feet most of every day. You will occasionally change the floor layout, help move massage chairs, and help with the merchandising and maintenance of the store. You must be willing and able to handle all the physical aspects that come with the challenge of running a store.
  • No soul-sucking retail here! If you’re just looking for a job, don’t waste our time or yours. We seek passion, talent, and adults with attitude to elevate the store experience for customers and colleagues alike.
