  • Strong understanding of social media strategies for traffic growth and engagement, including experience with SEO principles as they apply to social content.
  • Demonstrated creativity in content ideation, series development, and innovative social campaigns.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Later, True Anthem, Google Analytics, Sprinklr, CrowdTangle).
  • Proven track record of increasing brand audience and engagement through data-driven content strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage workflows, timelines, and communication across departments.
  • Flexibility with hours, as off-shift and weekend work may be required for live event coverage.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with an understanding of Meta's publishing tools (e.g., Branded Content Tool, Audience Optimization Tool) for content promotion and partnership integration.
  • Basic photo/graphic/video editing skills a plus (Adobe Suite)
