Job description

Seeking an experienced Luxury Home Project Manager to lead high-end custom home and renovation projects in Jupiter and Palm Beach County. Responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has luxury residential construction experience and strong leadership skills to coordinate clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and field teams. Client Details Established General Contractor Focused in Palm Beach County on Luxury Residential (Ground Up and Renovation) as well as high-end commercial. Description Project Leadership Manage luxury residential projects from inception through completion. Lead all phases of construction, including preconstruction, permitting, procurement, construction, and project closeout. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and execution plans. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Proactively identify and resolve challenges before they impact project performance. Client & Team Management Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, architects, interior designers, and consultants. Build trusted relationships with discerning clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates regarding budget, schedule, and progress. Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field staff to maintain seamless project execution. Financial Management Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts. Monitor job costs, change orders, allowances, and owner selections. Review subcontractor proposals, contracts, and payment applications. Ensure financial objectives and profitability goals are achieved. Preconstruction & Procurement Participate in budgeting and value engineering efforts during design development. Review plans and specifications for constructability. Coordinate procurement of long-lead materials and specialty finishes. Assist in subcontractor selection and contract negotiations. Quality & Craftsmanship Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout every phase of construction. Oversee inspections and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and local building requirements. Coordinate punch-list completion and project turnover. Ensure all work reflects the level of craftsmanship expected in luxury residential construction. Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. 7+ years of residential construction project management experience. Extensive experience managing custom homes, luxury estates, or high-end residential renovations. Proven ability to manage projects valued at $5M to $30M+. Strong understanding of residential construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Knowledge of South Florida construction practices, permitting processes, and building codes. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office. Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively with high-net-worth clients and elite design professionals.
