General Manager, Luxury Menswear - Beverly Hills, CAThe Opportunity

360 Talent is partnering with a prestigious Italian luxury menswear house to appoint an experienced General Manager for its Beverly Hills boutique.

This is a high-profile leadership opportunity for an accomplished luxury retail professional with a strong commercial mindset, an established understanding of the Beverly Hills luxury client, and a passion for delivering exceptional, highly personalized service.

The General Manager will take full ownership of the boutique's performance, leading the team while actively developing relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clientele and driving the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of boutique performance, sales targets, KPIs and overall commercial strategy.
  • Lead, coach and develop the boutique team, creating a culture of high performance, accountability and exceptional service.
  • Build and maintain relationships with VIP, high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, generating repeat and referral business.
  • Remain highly visible and hands-on on the sales floor, leading by example and personally supporting high-value transactions.
  • Develop strategies to increase client acquisition, retention, appointments and local market engagement.
  • Drive proactive clienteling through CRM, personalized outreach, private appointments and boutique events.
  • Leverage an established understanding of the Beverly Hills and Los Angeles luxury market to identify new business and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure the team delivers an elevated and highly personalized experience reflective of an ultra-luxury Italian Maison.
  • Oversee daily boutique operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, visual standards and operational compliance.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership on business performance, market opportunities and boutique strategy.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Significant leadership experience as a General Manager, Store Director, Boutique Director or senior luxury retail leader.
  • Strong background within ultra-luxury fashion, menswear, fine jewelry, watches or another high-value luxury category.
  • Proven track record of leading a successful boutique and achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Established experience working with VIP/UHNW clientele and high-value transactions.
  • Strong existing network and understanding of the Beverly Hills/Los Angeles luxury market highly desirable.
  • Commercial, entrepreneurial and comfortable taking true ownership of a business.
  • Sophisticated, polished and confident with the ability to represent the Maison at the highest level.
  • Strong people leader who can coach, motivate and hold a team accountable while remaining hands-on with clients.
  • Experience with CRM, client development, events and appointment-based selling.
