The Role
 
As an Event Operations Manager, you will lead your team from setup to breakdown, own the guest experience across every group event, and turn every booking into a reason to come back and bring more people next time.
 
What You'll Do
  • Execute events from setup through breakdown, leading your team to deliver seamless, memorable group experiences
  • Partner with Sales to identify upsell opportunities, drive repeat bookings, and grow event revenue
  • Train and develop event staff on hospitality standards, event flow, and high-volume execution
  • Ensure event spaces, lanes, and attractions are set, staffed, and guest-ready before every event
  • Manage event labor, track financial performance, and complete post-event reporting
  • Stay active and visible during nights, weekends, holidays, and peak event seasons
What You'll Bring
  • 3 or more years of event, hospitality, or operations leadership experience
  • A track record of executing events that drive repeat business and guest satisfaction
  • Experience managing and developing event staff in high-volume, fast-paced settings
  • Financial acumen including event profitability, labor scheduling, cost control, and upsell strategies
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak event seasons
