Key Responsibilities

The Lead Hard Modeler will:

  • Spearhead projects to build design prototypes, including full-size models, ergonomic studies, and show cars
  • Collaborate with the paint team on part preparation and surfacing
  • Maintain impeccable workshop cleanliness and organization
  • Work within tight tolerances to achieve precise surface finishes
