Lube Technician

Precision Tune Auto Care is looking for a dependable and motivated Lube Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on vehicles, providing outstanding customer hospitality, and wants to grow within the automotive industry.

Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Day shift — closed Sundays

Responsibilities
  • Perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Provide excellent customer hospitality throughout every visit

  • Treat every customer and vehicle with care and respect

  • Complete thorough vehicle inspections and accurately document findings

  • Check and top off fluids

  • Inspect belts, hoses, tires, brakes, and other safety-related components

  • Clearly communicate vehicle concerns to the service advisor

  • Assist technicians and service advisors as needed

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

  • Properly handle tools, equipment, and customer vehicles

  • Follow all company procedures and safety standards

  • Help keep vehicles moving through the shop efficiently

Qualifications
  • Previous automotive or lube technician experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate

  • Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday
