Job description

Job Title: Affiliate Manager
Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)
ARMRA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm EST

About ARMRA: ARMRA was born from a near-fatal health crisis that forced its Founder & CEO, Dr. Sarah Rahal, to uncover what modern life has stolen. As a pediatric neurologist, she turned to exhaustive research and ancient wisdom to find a solution-not just for herself, but for the growing health crisis affecting us all. Your body isn't broken-it's brilliantly designed for strength, resilience, and vitality. But the modern world scrambles the signal, disconnecting you from the intelligence encoded within. ARMRA Colostrum is nature's original blueprint with 400+ bioactive nutrients that restore what modern life strips away. It works at the cellular level to remind your body of its original code and reawaken its innate intelligence-so you can reclaim your birthright to thrive.

Who We Are

  • Builders, not passengers - We take ownership, thrive on momentum, and embrace challenges.
  • Resilient and resourceful - We find a way forward, even when the answer isn't obvious.
  • Mission-driven - We believe in what we're building and are passionate about making an impact.
  • Direct and constructive - Feedback is a gift, and we embrace it to grow.
  • ONE ARMRA - We succeed together, as one team.

Who We Are Not

  • Performative - We don't play games, manipulate optics, or curate an image for external approval.
  • Entitled - We don't expect rewards without contribution.
  • Clock punchers - We don't attract those looking for just a "job"; we seek individuals who want to build careers, take ownership, and find joy in their work every day.
  • Divisive - We talk about problems and projects, not people. There's no "your team" or "my team" - there's only ARMRA's team.

The Role: ARMRA is looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Affiliate Coordinator to support the growth and day-to-day operations of our affiliate and partnership programs. Reporting to the Senior Affiliate Manager, this role will play a key role in helping to scale our affiliate network and practitioner program across platforms like Impact, Superfiliate, TikTokShop, and ShopMy.

This is a hands-on executional role ideal for someone passionate about affiliate marketing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building relationships, managing details, and helping partners succeed.

Responsibilities:

Affiliate Program Support

  • Assist in the execution and optimization of affiliate marketing strategies across multiple platforms including Impact
  • Coordinate logistics for affiliate onboarding, ensuring new partners receive appropriate training, education, and brand materials.
  • Help manage internal affiliate communications and maintain up-to-date program guidelines, content, and performance expectations.

Partner Engagement & Support

  • Serve as a go-to contact for day-to-day affiliate inquiries, helping troubleshoot issues, share new campaign assets, and provide performance feedback.
  • Support outreach and gifting initiatives for top-performing affiliates and practitioners to boost retention and loyalty.
  • Assist in organizing virtual events, product education sessions, and incentive campaigns to motivate and engage the affiliate community.

Recruitment & Research

  • Support prospecting efforts by identifying and compiling lists of potential new affiliates and practitioners aligned with ARMRA's brand values.
  • Conduct outreach via email and DMs to invite qualified candidates to join the affiliate or practitioner programs.
  • Track and report on outreach efforts, success rates, and pipeline progression.

Tracking, Reporting & Optimization

  • Maintain affiliate dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates, revenue, and engagement.
  • Compile weekly/monthly performance reports to support strategic decision-making and share results with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with tracking campaign participation, top-performer lists, and product performance across affiliate partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Influencer, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to align affiliate campaigns with brand moments and launches.
  • Support coordination with the brand's affiliate agency and ensure updates and tasks are communicated accurately and efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing; CPG or wellness brand experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with acute attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a people-person who enjoys connecting with partners
  • Proficient in Google Drive, Slack, and affiliate platforms such as ShareASale, Superfiliate, or similar tools
  • Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LTK) and current influencer trends
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, ancestry, sex, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, genetics, disability, age, veteran status or other characteristics.
