Role Description:
LST Group is currently seeking multiple Flatbed Logistics Coordinators and Carrier Salespeople. Ideally in Kansas City, Chattanooga, Tampa, or Atlanta areas, but will consider remote candidates who meet all requirements. Strong organizational skills, time management, and prioritization are key to success in this position.

Are you a Flatbed LC or Carrier Rep looking for a new role?
LST Group is currently seeking multiple great Flatbed operators. If you are the "go to" for Flatbed loads at your current employer, we want to talk to you. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of logistics experience and can sling freight all day long.
If you meet the following criteria, please apply for this role:
1. Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or carrier sales, or in a related role.
2. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. Solid understanding or supply chain management and transportation procedures.
5. Ability to work well & multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
6. You can smell a double broker/shady carrier from a mile away.
7. You can spot quote Flatbed shipments and have carrier relationships to provide trucks in hand for same day loads.
8. You are confident in your capabilities and want to work for company that rewards grind and accomplishment financially and with advancement / management opportunities.
9. You are comfortable providing rates to customers and answering customer emails regarding pricing, scheduling, ETAs, etc.
10. You have experience bidding on Flatbed shipper load / bid boards.
