Are you a recruiter who thrives on finding exceptional talent before anyone else does? Do you enjoy the challenge of identifying passive candidates, building strategic talent pipelines, and partnering with leaders to shape the future of an organization?

LSI is growing and we are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Executive Recruiter to play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent across our growing organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with passive candidates through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and long-term talent community development.

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to anticipate future workforce needs and proactively develop candidate pipelines.
  • Track and report key performance metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state and local employment laws.
  • Partner with Marketing to strengthen employer branding initiatives and promote the employer as an employer of choice.
  • Develop recruitment content

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Recruiting, or a related field. Experience working in a top executive recruiting firm is a plus.
  • Proven success sourcing and recruiting passive candidates for leadership, accounting/finance, and specialized positions.
  • Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and modern recruiting technologies.
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative partnership skills.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and recruiting best practices.

Benefits:

  • 401(k)
  • Health insurance
  • Dental insurance
