Job description

Overview
    The Part-time Admissions Recruiter will assist the Assistant Dean for Admissions in recruiting law students and admissions counselling.
Responsibilities
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Coordinates and attends recruitment events/law school/graduate school fairs and LSAC forums
  • Cultivates relations with pre-law advisors
  • Visits and holds law school information sessions at local feeder schools and organizes campus tours for students from those schools
  • Coordinates all aspects of on-campus and/or virtual outreach events such as open houses, information sessions, and accepted students events
  • Counsels, corresponds and meets with prospective and admitted students
  • Contacts and follows up Wufoo leads
  • Assists with initial review of assigned groups of the law school applications
  • Collaborates with the marketing department in developing recruiting materials
  • Other duties as assigned
QualificationsEducation/Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • J.D. preferred
  • College or Graduate admissions experience preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accuracy and productivity in completing tasks
  • Ability to solve problems and meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented with a student service approach
