Position Summary

As an LPN at Trinity Village, you will play a crucial role in providing care to residents under the supervision of their attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering and documenting medication and treatments accurately.
  • Maintaining the security of drug rooms and ensuring proper storage.
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions.
  • Carrying out various nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and administering respiratory treatments.
  • Supervising the nursing team and fostering a supportive environment.
Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited LPN program or college.
  • Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
  • CPR certification or willingness to complete it.
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience as an LPN.
Work Environment
  • Physical exertion involving pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Prolonged standing or walking, with occasional bending and reaching.
  • Assisting in repositioning and transferring residents while following safe lifting procedures.
