As an LPN Medication Nurse, you provide licensed nursing support through safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation.What You'll Do: Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standardsYou play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.What We're Looking For: Active LPN license in good standing CPR and First Aid certification Strong assessment and documentation skills Experience in senior care or medication administration preferredLPN Medication Nurse - Deliver Safe, Accurate Care That Protects Resident HealthLPN Medication Nurse | Licensed Practical Nurse | Medication Administration | Senior Living | MAR/TAR | Resident CarePay Range:32.00 - 46.15Why Work With Us
