Job Overview:
ATC Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Day Program in Chantilly, VA. This is a community-based program designed to support individuals with disabilities and intensive behavioral needs. The program focuses on helping individuals:

  • Build living skills
  • Improve coping mechanisms
  • Develop self-esteem and independence

These goals are achieved through a range of educational and therapeutic services.


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver nursing care services according to legal and professional standards.
  • Supervise day program staff and ensure compliance with health protocols.
  • Manage medication administration and ensure safety in handling medications.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid treatment.
  • Assess individuals' health needs and create personalized healthcare strategies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective care.
  • Oversee compliance with regulations and ensure staff is trained in medical protocols.

Shift Hours:

  • Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Qualifications:
