Shifts Available for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

  • Sign on Bonus of: Part Time: $3000

  • Salary: $33-$42 per hour based on experience

  • Shiff differentials

  • 8-hour shifts of 7AM-3PM | 3PM-11PM | 11PM-7AM

  • Part Time | Per Diem

 Your Role as a LPN:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Berkshire Place Nursing and Rehab Center, you’ll make a real impact by:

  • Monitoring patient health, recording vital signs, and updating care plans. 

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed. 

  • Assisting residents with daily activities to enhance their quality of life. 

  • Supporting and collaborating with our nursing team, physicians, and families to ensure optimal care.  

 Qualifications Needed for LPN:

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Rhode Island/Compact.

  • Provides evidence of the completion of both any state-mandated training or completes requirements as soon as possible after appointment.

  • We require our staff to be vaccinated as a condition of employment per CDC guidelines. 

  • Candidates must be able to pass a background check
