LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES

Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN

We are hiring LPN's across Southwest Missouri (Springfield, Branson, and the surrounding communities) supporting programs such as:

  • Psychiatry
  • Community Support
  • Substance Use Recovery
  • Crisis Services
  • Residential Services
  • ...and more(subject to availability)

Our organization offers a unique opportunity to work in a community mental health setting and make a real difference in people's lives. As an LPN, you will provide compassionate and skilled care to individuals receiving psychiatric, substance abuse, crisis, and residential services. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure that each individual receives personalized attention and support.

General LPN Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physicians' orders
  • Monitor vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant health data
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Educate clients and their families about various medical conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies
