Human Touch Home Health is hiring an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide home health services throughout the Fredericksburg region, including Fredericksburg, Stafford County, Spotsylvania County, Caroline County, King George County, Massaponax, and surrounding communities.

If you're looking for a flexible PRN opportunity where you can create your own schedule and provide one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising nurse
