Edge Services form the critical boundary between our users and our backend infrastructure. We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Infrastructure Operations team to help power this massive, globally distributed ecosystem. In this role, you will be at the forefront of global service delivery, performance optimization, and platform reliability. This position is ideal for a curious, impact-driven engineer who values continuous learning across multiple technical disciplines-from systems engineering to network architecture-and who excels at bridging the gap between complex technical execution and overarching business goals.","responsibilities":"Deploy, configure, and maintain highly available Edge infrastructure, spanning proxy, CDN, and global routing services.
Own technical challenges within your domain to design and implement robust solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
Active RHCE or LPIC-2 certification, or equivalent advanced Linux engineering experience.
Hands-on experience with BGP, routing principles, network topology design, HTTP/HTTPS protocols, TLS, or large-scale traffic management.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving time-sensitive production incidents, including coordinating across teams, communicating status, and driving issues toward mitigation or resolution.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document technical processes, summarize findings, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience supporting global, distributed, or large-scale network services, such as Domain Name System (DNS), Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Content Delivery Network (CDN), or similar infrastructure services.
Experience writing or modifying scripts in Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages to support troubleshooting, automation, reporting, or system administration tasks.
Experience using AI-assisted development or automation tools, such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools, to support scripting, troubleshooting, documentation, code review, or operational workflow improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
Active RHCSA or LPIC-1 certification, or equivalent hands-on Linux administration experience
Experience diagnosing application traffic and connectivity issues using routing concepts, network topology, HTTP/HTTPS communication, and TLS fundamentals.
Experience using observability, monitoring, logging, or traffic analysis tools such as Splunk, ClickHouse, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar tools to investigate system, application, or traffic issues.
