Material Handling Inc. is a leading forklift service provider in the Southeast and we are looking to add to our Bowling Green, KY team. We are looking for an entry level PM Technician to perform planned maintenance and safety evaluations on our customer's forklifts and our company's rental equipment. If you have a great attitude, strong leadership skills and a desire to deliver world class customer service then we want to talk to you. Job Responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned:
  • Perform PM services on gas, LPG, diesel, and electric forklifts.
  • Perform safety inspections on gas, LPG, diesel and electric forklifts.
  • Make minor adjustments and repairs on equipment.
  • Follow assigned PM completion schedule each month.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with the customer on items found during PM.
  • Properly complete all work orders electronically via tablet.
  • Demonstrate a desire and ability to take care of the customer.
  • Follow all safety procedures in performing work.

Requirements
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or tech school graduate preferred.
  • Six to twelve months mechanical experience is preferred but not required.
  • Mechanical aptitude is a must.
  • Ability to frequently lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Supply own hand tools.
  • Good communication and paperwork skills.
  • Ability to pass a physical, drug screen and background check.
