What You'll Do

  • Serve as a seasoned social work consultant in long-term care facilities
  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions
  • Complete mood and symptom-based screenings
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for adults and/or seniors
  • Provide in-service education
  • Collaborate with facility staff and consult with interdisciplinary teams
