• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand client needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual clients, utilizing an array of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a supportive and confidential atmosphere for clients to discuss their challenges.
• Set and evaluate therapeutic goals, regularly tracking and monitoring client progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date documentation that complies with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring sensitive client information is handled with care.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision to enhance counseling skills and therapeutic techniques.

Our patient population consists of diverse individuals seeking support for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to navigate their mental health challenges effectively, using a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.

• A valid and current state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a commitment to non-judgmental care.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy is a plus.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices tailored to a wide range of mental health disorders.
