• Conduct initial assessments to determine mental health status and formulate effective, individualized treatment plans based on clients’ needs and goals.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions via telehealth, offering ongoing support and guidance as clients work through their challenges.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to promote client growth and recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care and appropriate referrals when needed.
• Document patient interactions and treatment progress thoroughly in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mental health trends, therapies, and best practices through continuous professional development.

Within this position, you will engage with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges. Our patients range from adolescents struggling with anxiety to adults dealing with significant life transitions, including those battling substance use disorders or coping with traumatic experiences. Our holistic approach enables you to tailor your practice to meet the unique needs of each individual, fostering a welcoming atmosphere conducive to healing and growth.

• A master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid state-level counseling license (LPC) is required to practice independently.
• Proven clinical experience working with clients in a mental health setting, showcasing your ability to handle a wide range of diagnoses.
• Exceptional communication, active listening, and critical thinking skills that enhance your therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Previous experience working with trauma-informed care approaches or specific populations, such as veterans or individuals with substance use disorders, will be highly regarded.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for providing therapy is preferred, highlighting adaptability to various therapeutic modalities.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to qualified candidates. Benefits include:
