This position is designed to cater to professionals seeking work-life balance, as our counseling practices are primarily conducted remotely, complemented by in-person sessions when necessary. The LPC will engage with clients via secure video conferencing tools or telephonic sessions during regular business hours. • Conduct initial assessments of clients to identify mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services, including individual, couple, and family counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic models tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate integrated care and enhance treatment outcomes for clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in ongoing education to stay abreast of developments in mental health issues and therapeutic techniques.
• Participate in scheduled staff meetings and training opportunities to foster team cohesion and professional growth.

The LPC will be tasked with addressing a wide array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other psychological conditions. Our client population is diverse, spanning various age groups, backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. The counselor will work to create a safe and supportive environment, empowering clients to explore their thoughts and feelings while fostering resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia, in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience in providing outpatient counseling services, preferably in a clinic or private practice setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team framework, contributing to multidisciplinary care to maximize client outcomes.
• Commitment to personal and professional growth through continual education and participation in relevant professional development activities.

• Experience in specialized therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy, is preferred.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families dealing with complex psychological issues is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client documentation efficiently.

Our LPC position offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, the position includes:
