This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that counselors can connect meaningfully with clients in an outpatient clinic setting. Employees enjoy a balanced work schedule from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing space for both personal and professional commitments. Strong technological support facilitates seamless communication and virtual therapy sessions.

• Provide comprehensive therapeutic services to clients grappling with a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and grief.
• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that include intake evaluations and diagnostic assessments to inform individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to foster client growth and healing.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish trust, set achievable goals, and devise treatment strategies tailored to their unique experiences and expectations.
• Offer immediate support and intervention to clients in crisis, ensuring timely and effective care measures are in place.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and state regulations, ensuring clarity and compliance in all client interactions.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team framework, engaging with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for each client.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, engage in training opportunities, and mentor clinical interns when desired.

The LPC will serve a diverse population of clients seeking assistance for various mental health concerns in an outpatient setting. This includes individuals navigating mood disorders, those experiencing significant life transitions, trauma survivors, couples in distress, and adolescents facing unique challenges. The role is crucial in fostering healing and resilience within this community, enabling clients to achieve lasting positive change.

• A master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in providing therapy in outpatient or clinical environments.

• Experience specifically in trauma counseling, grief therapy, couples therapy, or working with adolescents is highly desirable.
• Strong clinical assessment capabilities and proven experience in developing effective treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches.
• Knowledge of ethical guidelines, confidentiality laws, and best practices within the mental health landscape.
• A commitment to culturally sensitive therapy, ensuring respect for the diverse backgrounds and identities of clients.

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year. Additionally, performance-based incentives are available to encourage the pursuit of excellence in therapy practice.
