This position is 100% remote, leveraging telehealth technology to connect with clients effectively. As a member of our team, you will utilize modern electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document sessions, track client progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring high-quality documentation practices.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and other healthcare providers to deliver coordinated care and address complex client needs.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health research.

You will work primarily with diverse populations facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Many of our clients experience barriers to accessing traditional in-person services, making your role crucial in delivering compassionate, effective care that prioritizes their mental wellness.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficiency in using EMR software and other telehealth technologies.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Experience with telehealth services and adapting therapeutic techniques for virtual environments.

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, based on experience and client caseload.
