• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments, functional improvements, and goal progress measures to accurately monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain timely and thorough clinical documentation via our reliable therapist portal, which includes user-friendly digital tools for seamless documentation processes.
• Leverage support from our Therapy Leadership Team for consultations and guidance, ensuring that you feel equipped to address challenging cases.
• Formulate mental health diagnoses in accordance with the DSM V standards, allowing for precise treatment strategy development.
• Design comprehensive treatment plans that adhere to best practice guidelines, delivering therapy, supportive counseling, and educational support as required.
• Implement various effective therapeutic treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy and behavior modification techniques, tailored to the individual client’s needs.
• Engage in collaboration with psychiatric professionals to provide holistic treatment options and communicate regularly with fellow therapists in our growing community.
• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy through live video sessions, focusing on clients of diverse backgrounds dealing with a broad spectrum of emotional disorders.

You will work with a diverse client base that includes adults from various demographics and backgrounds, each experiencing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. Our focus is on delivering culturally responsive care to ensure that every individual feels understood and supported throughout their treatment journey.

• A master's or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
• An active independent license in the state of residence, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC; candidates with multiple state licenses are especially encouraged to apply.
• A strong passion for working with diverse populations and a commitment to providing culturally informed therapy.
• Proficient use of digital tools and technologies to enhance clinical practice and optimize client engagement.

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities, particularly in the application of cognitive-behavioral therapy and brief therapy techniques.
• Previous work experience in a remote setting or outpatient facility is a plus, as it demonstrates adaptability to this flexible work environment.
