Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients accurately.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques focused on client-centered care.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to provide effective counseling for individuals, families, and groups, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
  • Collaborate with team members including case managers and psychiatrists to coordinate care, ensure holistic approaches, and share insights to enhance client outcomes.
  • Deliver crisis intervention and support during acute distress, employing your expertise to stabilize and empower clients during challenging times.
  • Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness, promoting preventive care, and reducing stigma surrounding mental illness.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals from varied ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications
  • A current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with a master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport with clients, their families, and multidisciplinary team members.
  • A demonstrated understanding of cultural competence as well as effective strategies for working with diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational skills, ensuring comprehensive and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards.
Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is preferred. Experience with trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and group therapy facilitation will be considered a plus. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth technology is also advantageous, as it aligns with our remote work norms.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
