Griffin and Associates Psychotherapy, Consultation Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team as a full-time remote clinician. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while serving clients in a community health clinic context. You will be working alongside a dedicated team of mental health professionals, sharing resources with Comprehensive Psychiatric Care, to provide an extensive array of services. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while guiding them through their therapeutic journey.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss any stabilizing factors, and strategize discharge plans when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans focusing on person-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and tailor services accordingly.
• Participate in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.
• Adopt a growth mindset and actively contribute to a positive work environment.

In this role, you will be working with a diverse client base, which may include children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your efforts will contribute to tackling issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their unique experiences, providing support and tools necessary for achieving their mental health goals.

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including Excel, RMS systems, and Outlook.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating sensitivity and adaptability to diverse client backgrounds.
• Ability and comfort in conducting comprehensive intake assessments.

While not required, the following experiences are preferred:

• Experience with specific therapies or techniques applicable to our client population, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation management.
• Previous engagement in community health initiatives or collaborative care teams.

The compensation range for this role is between USD 75,000 and 90,000 annually, structured within a fee-for-service model that ensures guaranteed pay ahead of collections. Additional benefits include:
