Supervising Clinician (LCSW-S / LPC-S) Full/Part-Time (Supervision Only)

Position Overview

Impireum Psychiatric Group is seeking experienced LCSW-S and LPC-S Supervisors to support the development, oversight, and clinical quality of associate-level therapists.

This role is not traditional clinical workit is a high-impact leadership position focused on:

  • Clinical quality
  • Documentation accuracy
  • Compliance
  • Provider development

Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that every associate clinician operates within clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards, while maintaining alignment with Impireum's whole-person care model.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Supervision
  • Provide required individual and/or group supervision
  • Review and approve:
    • Treatment plans
    • Clinical documentation
  • Guide clinical decision-making and case formulation
Compliance & Oversight
  • Ensure compliance with:
    • State licensing boards
    • Payer requirements (including UHC/Optum supervisory billing standards)
  • Maintain audit-ready supervision documentation
  • Enforce adherence to Impireum SOPs
Documentation & Quality Assurance
  • Review notes for:
    • Medical necessity
    • Accuracy
    • Alignment with treatment plans
  • Provide structured, actionable feedback
  • Improve consistency across clinicians
Collaboration
  • Partner with:
    • Chief Medical Officer
    • Clinical leadership
    • Operations & billing teams
  • Support onboarding and training of associate clinicians
Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted LCSW-S or LPC-S license
  • Eligible to supervise per state requirements
  • Licensed in one or more: TX, FL, MD, DE, PA, GA, LA
  • 35+ years post-licensure experience
  • Prior supervision experience preferred
