Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LCPC) to provide high-quality behavioral health services within a collaborative care environment. The counselor will support patients through counseling, evaluations, and treatment planning while working closely with other behavioral health professionals.
Responsibilities

  • Provide individual counseling and behavioral health support
  • Conduct mental health evaluations and risk assessments
