Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients’ unique situations and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide high-quality individual, couple, and family counseling services focused on specific mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
  • Utilize telehealth best practices to engage clients effectively, using video conferencing tools and other digital resources to ensure ethical and effective therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to create a holistic approach to client care, facilitating referrals and joint treatment strategies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting progress notes and treatment updates timely.
  • Stay informed of advancements in mental health practices, attending professional development workshops and engaging in ongoing education to enhance your therapeutic skills.
