As part of our dynamic team, you will conduct sessions from the comfort of your home, utilizing secure video conferencing platforms and electronic medical record (EMR) systems to maintain client confidentiality and facilitate a seamless therapeutic experience.

• Provide individual and family counseling services, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address the specific needs of each client.
• Continuously assess and adapt to the evolving requirements of patients to ensure effective treatment plans are in place.
• Facilitate communication among clients, families, and necessary stakeholders to promote a coordinated approach to mental health care.
• Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and contribute to care strategies.
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans in the EMR, ensuring comprehensive and precise record-keeping.
• Conduct follow-up calls and home visits as necessary to monitor ongoing patient needs and therapeutic outcomes.
• Organize training and orientation sessions for less experienced team members, providing guidance on best practices in counseling.
• Act as a liaison between the community and the mental health sector, promoting awareness and access to our services.
• Contribute to program development by refining training materials and creating new methodologies to enhance client care.

As a Remote LPC, you will work with a range of clients, including both adults and youth, who may be coping with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Your role is essential in helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys effectively while ensuring they feel supported and understood at every stage.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling rapport with a diverse clientele.
