• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies for treatment enhancement.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with emerging research in mental health and best practices.

As an LPC at Circle Of Trust Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a wide array of challenges, including stress management, work-life balance issues, relationship conflicts, trauma, substance abuse, and more. Your expertise will empower these individuals to navigate their personal journeys towards improved mental health and stability.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of the ethical responsibilities and legal requirements governing the counseling profession.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with a broad range of clients.
• Proven ability to work cohesively within a healthcare team, demonstrating a collaborative spirit.

• Specialization in specific therapy methodologies such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse interventions.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and effective documentation practices.
• Experience in conducting client assessments and developing treatment plans based on individual needs.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $90,000 annually, determined by individual skills, experience, and expertise. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we provide:
