Job description

Burrito Shak in Winterville is looking for 1-2 reliable, career oriented Shift Leads to join our team. We are located at 2035 Flower Drive, Suite 5, by the new Lowes Food and across from Pitt CC. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated and reliable. This is a customer facing position where we expect the majority of your time to be spent serving and interacting with our guests.

Responsibilities:

* Work alongside the staff to construct menu items per guest orders while providing exceptional customer service with a smile.

* Learn our system and train employees and monitor operations to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

* Manage employees to provide exceptional food quality in a timely and cost effective method.

* Follow all health and safety protocols.

* Ensure line is stocked and all recipes and products follow company standards.


Qualifications:

* Experience in quick serve restaurant operations.

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Basic knife skills.

* Time management skills.
