Role Description The Customer Care Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. 


Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via telephone or email to provide support and information on truck deliveries. Email is done throughout the day as they come in.  
  • Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to other appropriate staff.
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
  • Maintains records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Coordinate a wrecker service to pick up and deliver units to final location. While keeping detailed documentation of all moves
  • Issue payment for all wreckers arranged
  • Reconcile all payments made via bank website
  • Assist in contacting repair facilities to get breakdown updates on all units. 
  • Create, research and send out specific reports internally and to our customers.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Multitasking and time management 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience required.
