What's the job? You'll lead the team at Emissary - and All Day Cafe and Wine Bar - that has made Infaturation's and New Time's "Best Restuarant's in Coconut Grove" "Best Breakfasts in Miami" "Miami's Best Coffee" and more....

A simple menu, mostly cold kitchen, using the best organic, seasonal ingredients. Lots of prep, but bo fryers grills, no heavy clean up. And no late nights.
What's in it for you? For the right Chef, this is a leadership role that you can grow into, and grow with us as we expand.

Average take home is 50K+ or (or $22-26 per hour). Since you're part of the service team - open customer facing - youl participation in the tip pool.
