Qualifications: Must be a current student in good academic standing. Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, basic Excel). Help maintain the admissions office space (supplies, some organization, tidiness).

Number of Students Needed: 1
Times Needed: 1-3 times depending on your availability
Days Needed: Up to 10 hours per week during academic term
Physical Requirements: Able to lift and move boxes of promotional materials (SWAG), typically weighing under 25 pounds.
Additional Physical Requirements: Position does not involve heavy physical labor, but light lifting and movement are part of regular duties.
Purpose: The Student Admissions Assistant is a friendly, flexible support role within the Office of Admissions, perfect for a current student who enjoys simple, organized tasks and contributing behind the scenes. This position offers a low-stress way to support the admissions process, primarily by preparing materials for interviews and events, as well as assisting with inventory and promotional swag. Work takes place in a welcoming and team-oriented environment, with flexible scheduling. You may also take a majority of the materials home to complete tasks, and weekend work is available.
