Job description

People Plus is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a professional and growing team! If you have a strong background in affordable housing programs and enjoy providing excellent service to residents while maintaining compliance, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay: $22–$24 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the property
  • Ensure compliance with HUD, Section 8, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations
  • Manage resident relations, leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals
  • Process certifications and maintain accurate resident files
  • Coordinate property maintenance and vendor services
  • Maintain occupancy goals and provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
  • Required: Experience with Section 8 and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs
  • Preferred: Experience using OneSite property management software
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
