Location: Ketchikan, AK, 99901
Position Overview
Help us create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest! As a Housekeeper, you'll be the heart of our hospitality, ensuring rooms and public areas sparkle and shine to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter guest rooms with care and professionalism, following hotel protocols
  • Make beds to perfection
  • Dust furniture and surfaces to a shine
  • Restock guest room and bathroom amenities
  • Deep clean bathrooms following property-specific standards
  • Tidy up closets, radiators, and window sills
  • Vacuum carpets thoroughly
  • Ensure rooms are secure and guest-ready
  • Report and log any lost amp; found items per hotel policy
  • Maintain cleanliness in public/common areas
  • Keep housekeeping carts stocked and organized
  • Remove room service items and return to the kitchen
  • Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
  • Ability to be on your feet and active throughout the shift
  • Comfortable with bending, reaching, stooping and stair-climbing
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
