Summary:
The Loss Prevention Administrative Assistant is a vital member of the Loss Prevention team at the Retail Support Center (RSC) and Distribution Center (DC). In this role, you will provide administrative and clerical support to enhance the effectiveness of loss prevention initiatives. Your responsibilities will include facilitating communication, managing scheduling, maintaining critical documentation, and assisting in daily operations to ensure a safe and secure environment. Your contributions will play a key role in driving the success of our loss prevention efforts and supporting the overall objectives of the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Assist with Loss Prevention communications to RSC/DC.
    • Support the Loss Prevention manager with scheduling and correspondence.
    • Act as the Engagement Administrator for various company loss prevention programs.
    • Facilitate support for the Loss Prevention Team by overseeing daily tasks, covering assigned posts, ensuring effective communication, and managing building access through key and badge control.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Develop and maintain statistical information on equipment for store support.
    • Assist with form/report development and electronic filing.
    • Maintain RSC/DC injury/illness meeting agendas and alarm reports/schedules.
  • Research and Monitoring:
    • Research equipment for Loss Prevention applications.
    • Assist in monitoring anonymous caller information/data.
    • Follow up on store operations requests and correspondence.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Record and follow up on restitution matters.
    • Assist with front desk responsibilities and direct visitors/vendors.
    • Order and manage office supplies and maintain filing systems.
  • Operational Support:
    • Track various store support and RSC/DC programs.
    • Assist building leadership with conference calls, appointments, and loss prevention call monitoring.
  • Other Duties:
    • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the Loss Prevention team.

Qualification Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to form strong partnerships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in an administrative support role is preferred.

What to Expect?
Salary Range: $17-$19: Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, qualifications, and skill set.
Based out of HQ in Irvine, CA with a minimum of 4 days in office.
