Lookout Tavern is excited to announce an opening for a Restaurant Shift Manager / Keyholder to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing restaurant operations during your shifts, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. As a keyholder, you'll be entrusted with opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash flow, and ensuring security protocols are followed.
NIGHTLIFE EXPERIENCE - Is highly sought after and the perfect candidate would have both restaurant and bar/nightlife experience. There will be opportunity to run our nightlife operations if qualifications match.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations effectively, ensuring optimal guest experiences throughout every shift.
  • Open and close the restaurant, preparing the venue for operational success and securing all assets at the end of the day.
  • Train, develop, and motivate the front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and grace.
