Job description

We are looking for a Sr Digital Analytics & Insights Consultant to drive digital analytics, reporting, data integration, and strategic insights. The consultant will consolidate data from multiple digital platforms, build executive dashboards, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve website performance, user experience, and marketing ROI.

 

Must-Have Skills

  • 8โ€“10+ years of website/digital analytics experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Search Console, including data quality troubleshooting.
  • Strong dashboard/reporting experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM analytics, website performance, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO โ€” crawlability, schema/structured data, site health, and visibility measurement.
  • Experience with GTM (Google Tag Manager) and GA4 tag/event validation and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of UTM, campaign tracking, events, and measurement frameworks.
  • Experience with user behavior analytics/heatmaps and site survey data.
  • Experience applying Generative AI/ML/automation to digital analytics workflows.
  • Ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
  • Strong experience collaborating with IT, technology, CMS, and external vendor teams.
