Columbus Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery (CAPS), one of Central Ohio's premier physician-led aesthetic and plastic surgery practices, is seeking an experienced Functional & Longevity Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
This is a unique opportunity to help lead and expand an established Functional & Longevity Medicine program within one of the nation's premier integrated aesthetic organizations. Founded in 1997, CAPS has grown into one of the nation's leading destinations for aesthetic medicine, with a multi-location presence across Central Ohio, including Upper Arlington, Gahanna, Bridge Park and Polaris.
With a collaborative team of seven plastic surgeons, an on-staff dermatologist and a highly experienced team of injectors, advanced laser specialists, medical aestheticians and wellness providers, CAPS delivers a comprehensive continuum of care. About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about functional medicine, longevity and preventive healthcare. This role offers the opportunity to develop individualized treatment plans focused on optimizing patient health, wellness and quality of life through evidence-based functional and integrative medicine approaches.
Services may include hormone optimization, medical weight management, peptide therapies, nutritional support, metabolic health assessments, lifestyle interventions, hair restoration therapies and other evidence-based wellness treatments tailored to each patient's individual goals.
The ideal candidate combines clinical excellence with an entrepreneurial mindset and is excited to help expand CAPS' Functional & Longevity Medicine program while collaborating across multiple specialties to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active or eligible Nurse Practitioner licensure in the State of Ohio.
• National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Certification or advanced training in Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine or a related specialty preferred.
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapies or wellness medicine strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of medical weight management therapies, including GLP-1 medications.
• Strong clinical assessment, patient education and communication skills.
• Commitment to personalized, patient-centered care.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in growing wellness services.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary, physician-led environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with advancements in functional, integrative and longevity medicine.
