ASAPThe Palmerton Area School District is seeking substitute teachers for the 2024-2025 school year.
Daily Substitute Teaching Rates Daily on-demand work, non-consecutive dates:
1-19 days $135/day
20-44 days $140/day
45-89 days $150/day
Short-Term Substitute Teaching Rates Board-approved for consecutive assignment(s) in the same position:
1-49 days $155/day
50-89 days $160/day
Long-Term Substitute Teaching Rates 90 + days, consecutive, same school year and assignment:
Rate will be prorated Bachelors, Step 1 or Masters, Step 1 plus benefits package based on education level of the candidate
