We are seeking a professional, reliable Driver to join our team and create memorable journeys for our guests. This role provides safe, courteous, and timely transportation to and from the airport and other long-distance destinations for hotel guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a company-provided vehicle to transport hotel guests to and from the airport, local destinations, and long-distance locations as scheduled or requested.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting guests with luggage, opening doors, and ensuring their comfort during travel.
  • Maintain a clean, presentable vehicle at all times, reporting any maintenance or service needs promptly.
  • Monitor flight arrivals and departures to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
  • Communicate effectively with the front desk and management to coordinate transportation needs.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety regulations.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and act as a brand ambassador for Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic Area.
