What is a Lone Wolf in a professional context?

In a professional context, a 'Lone Wolf' refers to an individual who prefers to work independently rather than as part of a team. These individuals are often self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable taking on tasks alone, relying on their own skills and judgment. While being a Lone Wolf can lead to high productivity in certain roles, it may also present challenges when collaboration and group dynamics are essential. Employers may value Lone Wolves for their initiative and autonomy, but it's important for such individuals to also recognize when teamwork is necessary for organizational success.

What types of projects or tasks are best suited for a Lone Wolf role within an organization?

The Lone Wolf role is typically ideal for professionals who excel at independent work and can manage projects with minimal supervision. Individuals in this role are often assigned tasks that require deep focus, specialized expertise, or confidentiality—such as research, analysis, or creative development. While they may collaborate with others for specific inputs or feedback, their core responsibilities are usually self-directed, allowing them to set their own pace and workflow. This structure is well-suited for self-motivated individuals comfortable making decisions and solving problems autonomously.

Job description

Transaction & Operations Coordinator (TC/Ops Manager)

Real Estate Brokerage | Property Management | AI-Assisted Operations Company: RGroup Realty Location: Tucson, Arizona Position Type: Full-Time | In-Office License Requirement: Active Arizona Real Estate License Required

About Us

RGroup Realty is not a traditional real estate office.

We're a growing real estate brokerage and property management company building a smarter, more efficient operation using technology, automation, AI-assisted systems, and strong operational workflows.

Our company supports:

  • Residential real estate sales
  • Property management
  • Maintenance coordination
  • Inspection services
  • Marketing and operational systems

Our tech stack includes:

  • AppFolio
  • Lone Wolf Transact
  • Go High Level
  • Google Workspace
  • Dialpad
  • zInspector
  • AI-assisted workflow systems

We're looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, calm under pressure, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment that continues to evolve.

About the Role

This role is part Transaction Coordinator, part Operations Coordinator, and part workflow quarterback.

You'll help keep transactions, communication, compliance, and operational follow-up moving across both brokerage and property management operations.

Some days you'll be helping an agent clean up a transaction file before closing. Other days may involve coordinating maintenance follow-up, reviewing AI-generated communication before it goes out, handling operational escalations, or helping leadership stay organized on priorities.

We already use AI and automation heavily to reduce repetitive admin work. The goal is not to replace people. The goal is to remove unnecessary friction so our team can focus on higher-level work and better service.

We need someone who:

  • Notices details
  • Follows up consistently
  • Communicates professionally
  • Prioritizes well
  • Stays calm under pressure
  • Takes ownership without needing constant direction
What You'll Be DoingTransaction Coordination
  • Manage transaction files from contract to close
  • Track deadlines, signatures, and compliance items
  • Coordinate with agents on missing paperwork and outstanding tasks
  • Support the Branch Manager with file review and exception handling
  • Maintain organized and compliant transaction records
Property Management Operations Support
  • Help bridge communication between brokerage and property management operations
  • Support Asset Managers with operational coordination and follow-up
  • Assist with owner, tenant, vendor, inspection, and maintenance workflows
  • Track recurring operational items like lease renewals, notices, inspections, and maintenance follow-up
  • Support AppFolio-related operational processes
AI-Assisted Workflow Support
  • Work alongside AI-assisted systems and automation tools
  • Review AI-generated communication and documentation before it goes external
  • Use AI tools to organize information, summarize conversations, document workflows, and improve efficiency
  • Help identify repetitive tasks that can be streamlined or automated

You do not need to be a programmer or AI expert. You do need to be comfortable learning and using technology.

Communication & Follow-Up
  • Monitor incoming operational communication and route issues appropriately
  • Help ensure important items do not sit unresolved
  • Draft professional communication when needed
  • Maintain notes, reminders, and follow-up tracking
  • Escalate legal, compliance, broker-level, or sensitive matters appropriately
What We're Looking ForRequired
  • Active Arizona Real Estate License
  • Tucson-based and available to work in-office full-time
  • Arizona transaction coordination experience
  • Property management experience
  • Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management platforms
  • Familiarity with Lone Wolf Transact or similar transaction management systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing control of follow-up
  • Professional communication skills
  • Good judgment and problem-solving ability
Preferred
  • Experience working inside a brokerage office
  • Experience supporting both sales and property management operations
  • Familiarity with:
    • Go High Level
    • Dialpad
    • Google Workspace
    • zInspector
    • MLS systems
  • Experience creating checklists, workflows, SOPs, or operational documentation
This Role Is a Good Fit If You:
  • Like creating order out of chaos
  • Follow up naturally without being reminded
  • Catch missing details quickly
  • Communicate professionally with agents, owners, tenants, vendors, and leadership
  • Are comfortable learning new systems and technology
  • Understand how important organization and accountability are in real estate operations
  • Can work independently without constant supervision
This Role Is NOT a Good Fit If You:
  • Need every task assigned step-by-step
  • Dislike technology or changing systems
  • Struggle with organization or follow-up
  • Want a narrow front-desk style role
  • Prefer highly repetitive work with little variety
  • Get overwhelmed easily in fast-moving environments
Compensation & Details
  • Compensation Range: $50,000 – $72,000 depending on experience
  • Full-Time | In-Office
  • Tucson, Arizona
  • W-2 Position
  • Reports to: Branch Manager, RGroup Realty
