Job Description

Position Summary: 
Oversee and direct all logistics operations to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective movement of materials, equipment, and products. This role provides leadership to logistics teams and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the supply chain.

  • Actively participate as a strategic member of the ZF management team with a customer focused approach on safety, quality, deliver, cost, and morale to ensure continuous improvement in all facets of the business.
  • Supervise day-to-day logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory management, and transportation.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop logistics supervisors and staff; oversee scheduling, workload planning, and performance evaluations focusing on overall output, productivity, and operations management of the department.
  • Ensure all logistics processes comply with company safety programs, DOT regulations, OSHA requirements, and environmental guidelines.
  • Work effectively with in-house customers
